- Physical location (ie. country, state)
- Payment information (ie. credit card)
- Preferences (ie. mailing lists)

- Times and durations of your visit to the website and activities therein
- Local links clicked on during your visit

Donations are processed by DonorBox via Stripe, and we do not store payment information. Contact information may be retained for transaction processing, accounting, and compliance purposes.
We will keep your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes in this policy.
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting the ICF at the addresses below.
Data Usage
We use the information provided to:
- Fulfill your requests and provide website functionality
- Contact you for website functionality purposes, using your communication preferences
- Contact you for legal purposes, when required by law or similar reasons
- Process your donation and payment information
- Protect the website, the ICF, or the public, from fraud, abuse, or illegal activities
- Protect and enforce the ICF's legal rights
Data Disclosure
We may disclose information to: respond to verifiable and legitimate subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims, government inquiries, and related processes; and to protect and defend the rights, interests, property, safety, and security of the ImgCat Foundation, users, or the public.
Children
Our services are not designed for anyone under 18. If we discover a child is using our site, we will delete all such information.
